Automotive Center is a locally owned family business. JAC was established in 2014; however, William James Jr has been a full-time automobile mechanic for 36 years now. JAC is co-owned by me, Suzanne Luker, and William James Jr. We work together in gaining our customers’ trust and exceeding their expectations ~ this is at the heart of our organization, caring for each customer’s vehicle as if it were our own. 

I joined this business with James after getting to know him as an exceptional mechanic with a true passion for his craft. It was clear that working on cars was in his blood — he’s a natural. He has this remarkable ability to visualize how things come apart, find ways to improve and repair them, and piece them back together — sometimes even in his sleep.

Most importantly, James believes that his work reflects who he is, and he treats others with the same fairness and respect that he values. He genuinely loves people and enjoys sharing his knowledge — often taking the time to educate customers about their vehicles by showing them firsthand. James is also proud to be ASE Certified!
